I gained experience as Executive Vice President of Coldwell Banker Commercial and CB Richard Ellis, and now as a sole proprietor and broker of my own company.
Exclusively involved in the development of "FAT Village" in downtown Fort Lauderdale, and completed transactions for Xerox Corp., IBM, Quest Communications, General Electric Credit Corp., GTE, Tires Plus and numerous local developers, investors and tenants. Responsible for the successful marketing of the Fort Lauderdale Commerce Center, and Congress Park South. I have completed over $400 million in commercial sales and lease transactions.
