I grew up in military family where my father was a perfectionist and expected me to perform a task, he showed me perfectly after the first time.

This created insecurity which left me wanting to please everyone. My teacher, friends, football coach and everyone I came into contact with.

I realized that I could harness this insecurity in my business life where I found much joy helping my clients reach their goals

If I fail to do this, I beat myself up more than anyone else could.
