Entrepreneurship is woven into the fabric of America, allowing us the opportunity to simply think of an idea, a service, or need, to exchange talent for wages. The small business is the backbone and facilitator of the Amercian Dream, spawning industry on top of industry, new enterprise and the chase to make it all happen.
Witnessing entrepreneurship from an early age, its really all I desired to do. At the age of 13, my first job was with a local entrepreneur, he was an electrician. At the age of 28, I was introduced to an entrepreneur, a small business owner, I helped him grow his business of a small community barbershop, to a world known brand in the men grooming industry. It was through experiences and relationships such as these, that allowed me to truly understand the real grind and grit it takes to run a business.
When the accomplishment of becoming an agent was complete, I sought to become a voice for the small business owners in commercial real estate as a tenant representative broker. I too, a business owner, creating brands, opening brick and mortar, understand the heart of the entrepreneur, thus allowing me to create and implement a site selection strategy whether office, retail, industrial, land, or business for sale, creating a unique niche to meet our clients where they are in their process of growth.
We assist clients narrow down locations, based on size, budget, location, and service. Commercial Space is usually calculated by cost per square, with a triple net, gross, or modified gross terms. As tenant reps, we have an extensive network of professionals that provide services from digital branding to architect space design and layout, as well as contractors and project managers.
