A Fl Licensed Commercial Real Estate Company and Principal of a consortium of leading independent commercial real estate firms with offices across the globe. Located in Tampa Downtown, he is familiar with and has completed office leases in most every mid and high rise building in Tampa's major submarkets. His commercial property brokerage was founded in 2007 to provide additional serves in local commercial real estate brokerage and property management. He is a serial entrepreneur and has founded and/or served as consultant for multiple businesses, primarily in the financial services, banking and real estate arenas.
He believes strongly in contributing to his community. He was the Founding President of the Gasparilla International Film Festival, in which he continues to serve on the Board of Directors. In January of 2010, he was appointed by the City Council of Tampa to serve on the Downtown CRA (as established by the Community Redevelopment Act of 1969) Advisory Committee. In 2013, he was asked to serve on the Board of the Gasparilla Music Festival.
He is a joint Citizen of the United Kingdom and the USA. He is conversant in Portuguese and Spanish, as well as his native language English.
