I am a seasoned professional with over 29 years of Miami Office Space experience encompassing all aspects of office leasing and commercial real estate. As the Director of my company's Commercial Division, I bring our clients a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the commercial real estate field. In addition to our office location services, we also handle investment servicing for private capital investors in Florida, as well as Miami, South and Central America. I am widely recognized as a leading investment properties expert. My expertise is in understanding the capital markets, knowing and accessing private capital investors, as well as the underwriting and development of projects and properties in Miami and South Florida.
I have represented numerous private investors in the disposition and acquisition of commercial properties. I have completed over $50 million in total transaction value.
With over two decades of experience in South Florida and Miami office space and commercial real estate, covering office,retail, multi-family, land development as well as industrial sales & leasing, I enhance value and reduce risk for my clients by providing clearly defined solutions to my client's real estate needs, on either an occupier or an investment basis.
I take pride in the many intricacies of commercial real estate and aim to negotiate far above my colleagues. My most recent real estate accomplishment, due mostly in part to my extensive knowledge in all aspects of buying and selling commercial real estate, as well as the complexities of insurance coverage's, earned me the cover of Miami Business Review.
I hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration & Legal Studies from the University of Miami. I am very active in my community and charitable events, such as the Miami Children's Hospital & Liga Contra el Cancer (Cancer Society). For the past 7 years, I have been on various City boards, member for the City of Miami code enforcement board, and have been part of a number of re-election committees for local, state and national campaigns. My ever present attention to detail has enabled me to develop relationships. I pride myself as a tremendous motivator, and team builder and have a proven track record in making things happen. My win-win strategy is focused on negotiating maximum returns for my investors and brokers.
