We offer a progressive approach to having complete office services without hiring more employees, purchasing expensive equipment or leasing unnecessary space. The normal office agreement term is six months, but month-to-month agreements are available.
The base rent includes parking, utilities, janitorial services, five conference room hours per month, kitchen facilities with coffee and purified water, an exercise facility with men's and women's showers, and incoming and outgoing mail service.
Included in our telephone service is personalized receptionist service and voice mail. We have optional high-speed internet service, satellite television, notary services and a variety of secretarial and administrative assistance. Digital and graphic color copiers and postage equipment are also available.
